I get these emails from ldshomeschoolinginca.org about education in the news. Usually I just scan the headline; rarely I read the whole article. Even less often do I make a comment. Why do I care what's going on in Arkansas? Because any time another state passes legislation that would affect me (if I lived there), it concerns me that the same ideas could be put into law here.
I made this comment today on a news story. A lawmaker in Arkansas wants to prohibit a parent from removing a child from public school in the middle of a term. Talk about controlling!
I probably sounded a bit ruffled; I tried to be the calm voice of reason. lol What do you think?
